Grow on
customers
Rooms to build, plenty. Rooms to raise, plenty. A room for getting customers and keeping them: this one.
Dev communities, builder groups, hackathons. Good ones. You're already in three.
Accelerators, pitch nights, angel networks. Also good. Also not your problem yet.
Where they are, what to say, what to charge, how to keep them. Nobody built a room for that part. This one is about nothing else.
To get your first customer, you can
Four options. You've probably tried three.Buy lead-gen tools
Expensive ones. They bring you dashboards, credits and a monthly invoice. Not leads.
Send cold emails
To people who've never heard of you. A hundred sent, two replies, zero calls. You've seen the numbers.
Ask friends and family
They'll say it's great. None of them will pay for it, and they're not who you're building for.
Bring it here
A room of founders at your stage who'll tell you whether they'd pay, why not, and who to ask next. Every week, until someone does.
I've been at $0 before
Panche Isajeski · Built and exited Kromatika · Founder, AgentaOS · SkopjeTwice I've built the best product I could, from Skopje. Twice it didn't matter until someone heard about it. The product was never the hard part. Distribution was.
Kromatika, 2021. Bootstrapped. $2M in grants, a $26M peak valuation, 1,000 users. Exited in 2023. None of it came from the code; it came from the people who found out it existed.
AgentaOS, this year. A working product and four months at €0, because I was building instead of talking to anyone. Then the first paying customers inside a month. The product didn't change. Who I was talking to did.
The best product in the room doesn't win. The one people have heard of does. Nobody teaches that part, and it's the only part this room is about.
I also run AgentaOS, a Merchant of Record: it processes card and wallet payments, subscriptions, tax and refunds for SaaS founders. So I see the checkout from the other side: what people do the second before they pay, and the second they don't.
The whole story →What the room will be
Four things. Plainly. No promises about numbers.A weekly call
Tuesdays, 19:00 CET, in English. Founders show the live product, not a deck. The room answers one question: would I pay for this, and why not. Your product is on the call within 14 days of joining, and you leave it with one message written, sent that night.
The room, on your phone
Between calls. A private group, no new app to learn. Who did you ask this week, what did they say. Questions with numbers get straight answers from people at your stage.
The toolkit, on day one
Four files the day you join: the first-customer script, the launch checklist for the channels that work without a budget, the pricing-page checklist, and terms that pass card-network review. Then one library piece a week: distribution, launches, SEO that pays in 2026, cold outreach that isn't cold, what to do when a bigger competitor copies you, pricing, billing. A sample is public →
The Wednesday newsletter
Every Wednesday: what Tuesday's call decided, the new library piece, and who got paid. Members only. Short enough to read with your coffee.
Open to any bootstrapped SaaS founder: an idea on a napkin, a repo, a live product nobody's paid for, or twelve customers and a churn problem. Not a course. Not an accelerator. No investors, no agencies, nobody selling to you.
Bootstrapped SaaS founders
An idea, a repo, a live product, or paying customers you want to keep. No investors, no outside money. That's the whole filter.
Founders with the first few
One to five paying customers and no idea how to get the sixth. Where you are in three months, if it works.
Anyone selling to you
No investors, no agencies, no fractional anything. Founders talking to founders about getting their first customers.
Why keep using this room
"Once I have customers, I won't need this." Everyone asks. It's not only the first customer; it's keeping them.customer
Correct, you won't need this room for that anymore. You'll need it for the next first time.
churn
The customer who leaves in month two, and how to keep them.
dispute
The chargeback, the angry email, the refund you argue about. What it costs and how to handle it, from inside the rails.
price rise, annual
Every one is a first. The hot-seat question changes from "would I pay?" to "would I pay double?"
first
There is always one. The room follows you from $0 onward, and the question on the hot seat grows up with you.
Your price doesn't move while you stay. Your log, your board row and the recordings stay yours for as long as you're in.
Your first 30 days
What you have in hand, by whenThe toolkit
Four files the day you join: the first-customer script, the launch checklist, the pricing-page checklist, terms that pass review. Read them with your coffee.
Your hot seat
Your product on the call. Ten minutes, everyone answers "would I pay, and why not". You leave with one message written, and you send it that night.
A decision and a name
One price decision, one real person to ask, every week. Monday you say what they said. That's the habit the room exists for.
Four calls behind you
Four calls, four newsletters, the log, and a straight answer on whether this is worth €19 to you. Cancel in one click if it isn't.
No guarantee. No refunds. The whole test is €9: sit in one call and decide. If you need a promise before you'll spend the price of a lunch on your own business, this isn't the room for you, and that's fine.
This is the opening price. It goes up for new members once the room has proved itself; whoever is already in keeps €19 for as long as they stay. Charged from the day the room opens, not before. Monthly or yearly, your pick at checkout.
Get on
the list.
Put your name down now. It's free. The day before the room opens you get the €9 link and the invite to the group; the day after, the first call. If fewer than five people are in by then, I push the date and tell you.
When you join the list you get a referral link. Every founder who joins through it, pays their first month and stays three months takes 5% of what they pay off your bill from then on, for as long as they stay. One is €0.95 off; eleven and you're at €9, the floor.
