What actually happens in the room
No modules, no curriculum, no homework you'll never do. One call a week, one written check-in, and a review that belongs to you. Here it is, minute by minute.
The Tuesday call
45 minutes. Founders show the live product, and the room answers one question: would I pay for this, and why not? Your product is on the call within 14 days of joining, and you leave it with one message written, a way to pay inside it, and it goes out that night. Google Meet, recorded, link posted the day before.
The column
Anyone who got paid since last week says so, with the amount and the screenshot. If nobody did, we say that too, and ask who is closest.
The round
Two minutes each. What you said you'd do last week, who you asked, and what they said. Not a status update — the actual words the other person used.
The demo
One founder shares their screen. The room asks the same three questions every time: who here would pay for this and how much, what would stop you buying at that price, and who is the one person you'll ask this week. It ends with one instruction, typed in the chat.
The ask
Everyone types one line: the name of the person they're asking before next Tuesday. That line is what Monday's check-in asks about.
Between the calls
The check-in
Written · one lineA single thread: "Who did you ask last week?" Everyone answers in one line, and the room replies to the room. Members asking members. It's the part that makes Tuesday honest.
The Wednesday newsletter
Members onlyWhat Tuesday decided, the new library piece, and who got paid this week, with the receipt. One newsletter, short enough to read with your coffee.
Questions with numbers
In the roomChannels, launches, outreach, pricing, conversion, refunds, terms: post the numbers and the room gives you a straight answer from people at the same stage. No numbers, no answer, because the number is usually where the problem is. Good answers go into the library.
Pairs
Two foundersEveryone is paired with one other member. Thursday you tell your pair whether you actually sent the message. A crowd of strangers is a webinar. Pairs are a room.
Bring a founder
Referral link in your confirmationEvery founder who joins through your link, pays their first month and stays three months takes 5% of what they pay off your bill, for as long as they stay, down to €9. Real new members only. The link is in your waitlist confirmation; the rule is on the price page.
Wins
Screenshot requiredFirst sales get posted with the receipt, and read out on the next call. No screenshot, no post — this is the one rule nobody bends.
The failure log
Everything the room has tried that didn't work, written down with the numbers. It is the only document here, and it is the reason the room is worth paying for — because nothing in it exists anywhere else.
Written the same night
Whatever came up on the call, with the real numbers attached. Not a summary — the specifics.
Names stay out
The numbers and the lesson go in. Whose they were stays in the room.
It gets searched
Before you try a channel, you check whether someone here already burned two months on it.
It never becomes a blog
This is the part that stays behind the wall. Published failure stops being honest.
- Cold email, 140 sent. 2 replies, 0 calls. Stopped after week two.
- Free tier at xxx credits. 60 signups, 0 upgrades in 4 months.
- Product Hunt launch. 41 upvotes, 300 visits, 0 paid.
- Price cut €29 → €14. Conversion did not move.
- Waiting for the redesign. Six weeks not selling. It changed nothing.
The rules
Seven, pinned in the room. They exist so the room stays about getting paid, not about describing plans.
Show, don't describe
Share your screen: the page, the price, the checkout. No deck, no "imagine a user who".
Ask with numbers
Say what you charge, how many signed up, how many paid. Then ask your question. Without the numbers nobody can help you, and nobody will pretend to.
Answer with "would I pay?"
When someone shows their product, your job is one honest answer: I'd pay, or I wouldn't, and why. Not "nice idea".
One person a week
Leave every call with the name of one real person you'll ask to buy. On Monday, say what they said.
No selling to the room
Buying from a member is fine. Pitching members is not. Once, and you're out.
Wins come with a receipt
A first sale goes on the board with the screenshot, or it doesn't go on the board.
It stays in the room
Names and numbers shared here don't leave here. Recordings are members-only.
