What isn't included
Me. The membership is a product with five parts: the calls, the room, the library, the newsletter, the log. It is not access to Panche. I'm in the room like every other member and I answer when I can, not on a clock. If you want someone on retainer to do the work for you, that's a different thing at a different price, and this page isn't it.
Introductions to investors, a job board, a directory, a course platform, or a certificate. None of it exists and none of it is planned.
Questions about money
How do I actually pay?
By card, through a checkout link you get by message before the room opens. €9 is charged for the first month, then €19 a month on the same date. Every payment produces a receipt with a one-click cancel link.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel in one click and you keep access to the end of the month you've paid for. Withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and the unused days are refunded. Full answer on refunds and withdrawal.
Do you invoice?
Yes. Every payment produces a receipt automatically, and if you need a proper invoice with your company details on it, say so when you pay and you'll get one.
What if I want to stop for a while?
Cancel, and come back whenever. There's no penalty and no re-joining fee — you'd start again at €19, since the €9 is a first-month price rather than a trial.
How do referrals work?
Your waitlist confirmation email carries a link with your code. A founder who joins through it, pays their first month and stays three months counts; from then on 5% of what they pay comes off your monthly bill, for as long as they stay, never below €9. One is €0.95 off, eleven puts you at €9. It\'s applied as a refund on your receipt each month. Referrals must be real new members, on their own card; the terms spell out what doesn\'t count.
Is there a discount for a year?
Yes. €190 a year is ten months for twelve. It renews yearly, you can stop the renewal in one click, and you keep access to the end of the year you've paid for. If you're unsure, start monthly; you can switch to yearly from your receipt any time.
